Our mission at Varsity Summer Trip is to provide high-quality services that make our users' lives easier and more efficient.

The trip is open to all students from the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge. Whether you’re an undergraduate, postgraduate, or alumnus, you’re welcome to join!

The trip runs from July 5th to July 10th, 2024.

Your package includes:

• Accommodation in a 4-star hotel (Premium or Standard options).
• Shuttle services from the airport to the hotel and for scheduled activities.
• Access to some of the events and activities.

Flights, personal expenses, and transport for free time are not included.

• Premium Room: A private room with a king or queen bed, en-suite bathroom, and added privacy.
• Standard Room: A shared room for 2–3 people, ideal for socializing and bonding.

• You can select your accommodation type during the booking process. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, so book early to secure your preferred option!

• Yes, if you’re traveling with friends, you can request to share a room with them. Let us know during the booking process.

Yes, all participants are responsible for arranging their own flights to Malta.

We provide a shuttle service from Malta International Airport (MLA) to the hotel. Look for our Varsity Trip representatives at the arrivals area holding signs to guide you to the shuttle.

The trip features a mix of exciting events, including:

• Exploring Malta’s historical sites

• Beachwear and sunscreen for outdoor events.
• Comfortable shoes for hiking.
• Formal wear for the Summer Ball and Casino Night.
• Casual clothing for parties and tours.

• No you can not make changes.  Contact our team for assistance.

• The initial deposit is not refundable. However you can transfer your spot to someone. 

• Yes, you can pay in full or in two installments.
